Last weekend had a ruff start with practice at Hurricane hills on Saturday. Bad crash! Wasn't sure if I was going to be able to race on Sunday, but I went for it and ended up 2nd place first race and 3 overall! All with a broken bike!

Great race for Niko Saturday ight - 1st moto; came in 2nd place, 2nd moto; came in 3rd place...... With all the things going on with Niko and his epilepsy, very proud of him to get as far as he has.... his love for racing is really pulling him through this. Pics to follow

Down to the wire for Saturday's race...... planning our tailgating party.... Now we need a working bike and we'll be all set! We were up til 1am cleaning all the parts and getting them ready to be put together. Now just waiting for one more part getting shipped from Michigan by UPS today, then pulling another all nighter getting ready for tomorrow's race!

Our plans changed a bit this last weekend.... Had a great practice at Blair and Barry's house on Saturday with Seth. We practiced for at least 5 hours until my bike decided to give up... bearings went, crank shaft broke. Parts ordered this morning, should be up and running by Thursday. Hopefully!!
Now if everything goes OK, we'll be off to Evansville this weekend.
A 2nd brand new Cobra is being ordered, so we don't have to deal with missing any racing anymore.

I was very proud of Niko on Sunday..... He stopped during the middle of a race to help a very good friend, get from under his bike and continue on with the race! That's great team work!!!!
Niko still finishedf 3rd on Sunday and 2nd on Saturday!

Update for this weekend..... We will not be going to Englishtown, Old Bridge Township Raceway Park due to weather(they cx if it rains).... so this Saturday will just be practice again at Evansville, then next weekend I will be Racing on Saturday at Evansville and Racing in Quarkertown, PA for a qualifier. Hoping next weekend's weather will be better! GETTING SICK OF THIS WEATHER!

Also, Niko was invited to compete in the 2014 Amsoil National Championship in Las Vegas, Nevada in May!

Well, lots been going on since we last signed in. I had to cx my Tulsa, OK mx race due to some small health conditions. Took a few seizures, but receiving the best medical treatment, ordered one of the best helmets, and will definitely be ready for the starting outdoor mx season. Mine will start at Evansville in a couple of weeks. Nothing will stop me from racing. But I will definietly take the best precautions available to a racer! And god willing, will be ready for the The 2014 race season!!!!

Just signed up today for February's Motorama! Can't wait !!! But while waiting for Arenacross to restart back up in February, Lakeland Elementary Basketball helps keep me in shape. I'll have another game this weekend, then I'll miss the next weekend's game b/c of Motorama. :) Even though I love to be with my school friends at Basketball, I love racing more!!!!

Can't wait to get back on my bike..... Motorama in Harrisburg still on and since we're missing North Carolina Arenacross this weekend..... We are planning to add Tulsa, OK at the BOK Center to our racing schedule.

Well, I have to take a short leave of absence from Racing and Basketball, hopefully just for the month of January... Still looking forward to Motorama in Harrisburg on Feb. 15th

Received our suspension for PR2, excellent job.... unfortunately we won't be traveling to Mass this weekend due to the blizzard... At least we will have more time to prepare reassembling the bike and work it in for next weekend at Baltimore Arenacross

Still waiting for PR2 to send my suspension! UPS has it, it better come today. My dad has a lot of work ahead of him to get this together for Friday! We could have sent it to some other company, but PR2 is the Best! Hope it pays off.
Also, bad news on the snow coming, hopefully it will clear out by Saturday morning.

OK...... THIS IS MY COBRA 65CC AS OF TODAY, DAD TOOK THE WHOLE THING APART AND SUSPENSION IS GOING OUT TO PR2 TOMORROW FOR FIXING AND THE ENGINE IS GOING IN ON WEDNESDAY. WE KINDA HAD ISSUES WITH THE BIKE AT MY LAST RACE IN ALBANY, FIRST THE THROTTLE CABLE BROKE, WE FIXED THAT THEN THE ENGINE CAME APART, I DID REALLY WELL IN PRACTICE, DIDN'T MAKE THE HEAT RACE BECAUSE OF THE CABLE, STARTED LAST IN LINE B/C OF THAT BUT REALLY STARTED TO MOVE AHEAD, WELL THEN THERE WAS "SOME" SPILLAGE DURING THE 2ND LAP... SO, NOT A GREAT RACE FOR THE MOST PART.
I WILL BE READY FOR AMSOIL'S MASS. AND BALTIMORE RACE IN JANUARY!!!!!!!

Dad just returned from Vegas a couple of days ago. He checked out a new track opening up on the weekend after Thanksgiving. I'll have lots to learn on the way they ride out west! I will post pics soon of our future location!!! But today my friend and I had a great all day practice getting ready for next weekend's Arenacross race in NY
