Goals:  Continue my MX program in full force!!!
*** I will be solely riding  for King Cobra of Florida with a King Cobra 50cc and 65cc once I return from my race in Vegas ***
Objective:  I take pride in everything I do and especially respect myself and others.  I take MX racing very seriously.  If any opportunity would come up to receive more sponsorship, I would represent the company with pride and professionalism.  Image is important to me and I definitely have a winning attitude.

Starting with passion:
Just to tell you a little about myself…. My name is Niko Oakley; I am a 9 year old Northeastern PA Motocross racer that devotes his life to God, family, school work and RACING! Becoming a pro-racer is my dream!
I started riding at 4 on my 1st 50cc Yamaha w/ training wheels, moving quickly to a senior 50cc KTM and Cobra 50cc, and now I am currently only  riding my Cobra 65cc, and very quickly learned to love it more then my 50cc!
In 2012, I began my racing career finishing 2nd in the 4-8 year old category and 3rd in the 7-8 division in District 34.
My 1st Arena Cross race was on Feb 8th, 9th, & 10th in Wilkes-Barre, PA’s, Mohegan Sun Arena, finishing 1st and 3rd in trails and 3rd in the main event.
My mechanic, aka; my Dad, Jamie (a former semi-pro racer), my mom, Debbie, Grandpa George and Jim, my sister Francesca, my brother Tommy (a former Motocross racer himself) and my dogs (who I take to all my races) are my inspiration and give me the ability to have the confidence I do.   In addition, my dad instilled the drive I need to move forward in Motocross while helping me cope with the disappointments I will also incur during my career.
In March, 2013, I received an email that I was invited to the 2013 Amsoil Arenacross Championship race in Las Vegas, Nevada.  Only 20 riders from the country in my 50cc division were invited to compete in this amazing event.  I finished 10th out of 20, I definitely should have done better, but being only my 2nd indoor Arenacross race, I guess, not so bad after all!  Hopefully more to come!
I am so grateful for all the support given to me by my family and friends making all of this possible in such a short time.  This is only  my second year of true racing…..and I assure you, every year will be better and better!
I LIVE FOR RACING!!!!!!! It’s my motivation and my confidence builder for life!
Keep your eyes open for #88!!!

***Update:  9/2013... Solely riding my 65cc... Came a long way since mid season, finishing 4th in my last race.
