My name is Nicole Alyssa Madsen, I began racing approximately four years ago in 2004. I am currently sponsored by Honolulu Hills Raceway in Taft, California. I currently race a 2008 Yamaha YZ250Fand my practice bike is a 2007 Yamaha YZ 250F. I race in the 250F Novice class and the Women’s Expert Class. I love to race and would appreciate your consideration for racer support for the current season. I fully understand I must present myself in a professional manner and represent your company with dignity and be a spoke’s person for your company.
In 2006 I completed the year by winning the A.M.A. Southern California Championship Motocross Series Women’s Novice Division. In 2007 I won the AMA Southern California Championship Motocross Series in the 250F Beginner Class. Starting January 19th of 2007, I began racing the World Off Road Championship Series (W.O.R.C.S.) In the Women’s "B" class. In November I won the National Championship in the Women’s "B" class at my hometown track Honolulu Hills Raceway. I am also competed in the 2007 Big 6 Grand Prix Series Women’s Intermediate Class.
In 2008 I won The World Off Road Championship Series National Championship in the Women’s “A” Class. I raced Mammoth Lakes and won 6th place over all in the Women Amateur Class. I also raced the A.M.A. Women’s Motocross Association National series where I finished the series 5th Over all. I will finish my 2008 season racing the Big Six Grand Prix Series where I am currently in 1st place.
In 2009 I will turn Pro and race the World Off Road Championship Series along with the A.M.A. Women’s Motocross Series as well as the Big Six Grand Prix Series.
As you can see, I have a busy year ahead of me with lots of seat time in my future. I try to race or practice every week if my body and bikes allow me. I train throughout the week either bicycling, lifting weights or total body workouts. I love to win and My family supports my racing and transports me to all my races. My Father (Greg Madsen) is my track side mechanic and my Mom (Valerie Madsen) takes care of me and my equipment. I enjoy spending time with my family and appreciate their support. In 2005 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Although this was a set back, I have been determine to continue racing and living my life to the fullest. I have successfully continued racing and competing in other school sports with the support of my Doctors and Parents. I know with my determination I will be a success in Women’s Motocross, Arena Cross and Off Road Racing.
I want to thank you for taking your time to read my resume. I hope you like what you see and consider me to represent your company. It would be a privilege to represent your company not only this year, but in the many seasons to come.
Sincerely,
