Personal History
My Name is Nick, I used to ride a stock 2004 Honda CRF450R. Now I am riding a stock 2009 Kawasaki KX450F. I am married and have two kids. My daughter is 2 and my son is 1. We like to take the kids on trips to the park, play in the front yard, take the dogs on walks, and play in the floor. They take up a lot of my time but love to go to the track and watch daddy race the cycle. We camp whenever we can, I like to hunt and fish, and anything outdoors. Loading up the bike and finding an open space to ride for a bit is always fun. We have recently moved back home to Bakersfield, Ca. Unexpected circumstances caused us to have to come back. The support system of family is here and it was an easy decision.
Riding Goals
From the first time riding on a track I cant wait to ride more. I am still building my skills but have refined some of the major aspects of racing. Starts were giving me problems but I have figured it out. A little more time on the bike and on a track and I will be a lot better. Every time I race I get better. I want to get a lot better and really contend for championships. To be a pro racer and devote all my time to racing would be a dream come true. I have had so much fun racing and meeting new people. It is truly a family sport
Competitive Highlights
My first few races didn't really go as planned. Stalls off the start of the motos in my first race sealed the deal. As I raced the Winter Combat series in Colorado, I progressed a lot. The first race out here in California was eventful. Raced two classes for the first time. Came away with my first moto win and took second overall. Looking forward to the next race to see how much better I have got.
