Personal History

31 year old motocross racer currently residing in Whistler BC. I Began riding dirt bikes in my late teens and have not looked back since. I started racing when I was 24 years old and am currently competing in the intermediate 250cc and plus 30 classes for motocross and arenacross.
Living in Whistler gives me so many great options to train and ride. With the Green River Motocross park 10 minutes from my garage, I am able to ride and train motos up to 4 days a week when the track is open. On off days from the track I can be found on my mountain bike getting some good cardio training in, or at the gym working on strength.
I have been a sponsored freestyle snowboarder in the past so going from a sport so judge based to a sport where either you’re the fastest person out there or your not and have to go home and do your homework has been incredibly refreshing for me. I know exactly where I stand in the competition each week.
I have extremely cognizant of the growing importance of being very active in all forms of social media. I am constantly updating my Instagram(@hollywood506) and Facebook pages to ensure my current sponsors and potential new ones can see that I am constantly getting out on the bike and really helping with brand recognition in that regard. I am lucky enough to know some amazing professional photographers and videographers around the Whistler area that I work with on a weekly basis. I also have a YouTube channel where I periodically post videos of friends and myself practicing and training, as I am well versed in video editing.

Current Sponsors: Suzuki Canada, Revolution Powersports, Dissent Labs, Matrix Concepts, 100% Goggles, 1.7 Cleaning, Atlas Brace, Mypakage.

Riding Goals

- Compete in as many local motocross and arenacross events as possible that are organized by Future West in BC.
- Implement a rigorous training regimen early in the off-season so that my cardio and conditioning are at a high level going into race season.
- Shoot, edit and publish a number of short YouTube videos chronicling how my summer and race season is progressing.
- Shoot with as many photographers as possible throughout the summer at the different race tracks and riding areas around BC for the purpose of growing my exposure within the BC motocross community
- Travel to California for a week of training on the amazing tracks in that area so when racing season begins here, I am in full racing condition.
- Last and most important. HAVE FUN!! Its motocross, you cant help but smile!
