Personal History
My name is Nicholas Polletta and I am 20 years old from Wolcott, CT. Motocross was first introduced to me when I was 4 years old by my dad. He bought me a PW-50 and I rode around the local trails. I rode for fun until 2016 when I started racing competitively. I had a major arm injury in my first ever season, but I came back stronger than ever. I started going to South of the Border, AJ Catanzaro's, and many other camps around the east coast to improve my performance. I typically ride at the Milford Riding Club throughout the week. I also ride at Southwick and MX-23 when they offer open practice days. I currently am completing my electrical apprenticeship at Lucibello Electric in Wallingford, CT, while also racing the NESC on the weekends.
Riding Goals
My main riding goals are to win 250B in the NESC series, and also race some area qualifiers and make it to regionals.
Competitive Highlights
One of my top highlights was in 2018 making it to regionals at Highpoint Raceway in 125C.
Another highlight of mine was winning the finishing rounds of 250C in the NESC series, allowing me to move up a class and compete in 250B this season.
