Personal History

My names Mitchell Treverrow from Griffith NSW Australia. I have two brothers, an older and younger one and my mum and dad. My dad is the backbone of my racing, taking me to the races and helping me maintain my bike. I learnt how to ride when i was 3 years old and raced at the age of 4 for one year. I then stopped racing because my older brother stopped. In 2010 i decided to enter a Dirt Action amcross race on my 08 ktm85sx, seeing as this being my first race in a long time it was all new to me so i would be going hard at it then falling, then making places, then falling again. Even though I didnt go too well i loved every second of it. I continued to do a few more races that year but still wasnt going too well. In 2011 decided that I would ride every afternoon after school for around an hour straight each day. On one of my first races of 2011 i went from being last place in 2010 to 3rd place the following year. Although this wasnt the same series, it is still a fairly popular one around my area. I continued to get 4th place alot for that year. That christmas i got my 2012 crf250r so that was my new race bike. That year i had some good races and other bad ones. I would get the whole shot fairly often then my fitness at the time would make me slow down or have a small crash that gave up places.

Riding Goals

This year in 2013 i plan to be getting on the podium as much as I can in the wanabrook series which is a series where riders from over NSW come to race. I am also racing some Northern Regions events in Victoia although i have never done one of them so am not sure how i'll go. I am planning to do some amcross events including an easter amcross in Mildura, Victoria. For me the largest race that i will be training for is the Hattah Desert Race near Mildura, Victoria where riders from all over the country come and race including Australias best. Im un aware how i'll go in that but I am hoping to get in the top 15 for my class or better. But i'll have to wait and see..
