Personal History
I am a currently 17 year old boy from Riverview New Brunswick and began taking my racing seriously this 2020 season. With much success with my first year racing competitively I achieved a 3rd overall and two 1st place positions in the Junior class. Therefor I must advance to the intermediate class for 2021. The intermediate class means I must race for 1hr and 45 minutes straight so I asked my Advanced Training Principles teacher to train my over the school year. This teacher has trained a local (now retired) pro motocross racer. This gives me faith in his program for me. After I graduate I plan on taking on a trade as a plumber and staying in my area and hope to race/ride for as long as possible. For the last 2 years I have worked full time in the summer and part time through the school year to afford my own bike, parts and repairs on the bike, gear, race fees and a truck to get me to and from the track without financial support of my family. Although they do support my racing because it keeps me physically active and keeps me busy.
Riding Goals
For the 2021 year I hope to achieve a podium finish for each race in the New Brunswick area and hope to get out to Nova Scotia to race and scope out my competition and finish well. I also hope to achieve a supportive sponsor to help along with my racing career.
Competitive Highlights
(2020 Junior class season) Two hole shots that led me to 1st place finishes in the NBDRA Hare Scrambles. Two 5th place finishes. (All races had approximately 32 racers in my class)
