Personal History
I began riding nineteen years ago at the age of four. I knew from day one that I would do whatever it took to turn my passion into a lifestyle. My first experience with the sport was drag racing a four-wheeler and from there I broadened my experience by competing in hill climbing events. One day, my father brought me home a kx60 and from that point on, I haven’t looked back. The thrill I receive from hill climbing is indescribable and I have even worked my way up to competing at the professional level. Recently, I’ve broadened my experience to racing motocross as well. Hill climbing and motocross are true passions of mine. I am a father to a beautiful little girl and am a registered nurse studying to become a nurse practitioner; therefore I thoroughly understand the value of dedication, hard work, respect, and commitment both inside and outside the world of motocross.
Riding Goals
My goals for 2017 include winning the overall championship for the AMA pro hill climb in the 450 singles class as well as the extreme class. I would also like to compete in the Latrobe arenacross series and Fly PAmx series in C class. Since this will be my first official year officially racing arenacross and motocross, I would like a top 5 rank overall for the series. I set my goals high and I will do whatever it takes to attain them.
Competitive Highlights
My loyalty to the sport has lead me to compete in the most prestigious hill climb in the country, Poags Hole. My first time there I was able to achieve top 16 in the 450 verticross class. Over the past few seasons, I have attended and competed in many events. This year, I competed in the Beaverdale Hill Climb series in the 401-650cc four-stroke class where I finished top three two times and have numerous first place finishes. This gave me the overall championship. In that same series, I competed in the 401-600cc class where I five top five finishes, which put me at 3rd overall for the season. My results have me very excited to work hard and attain all of my goals for next season.
