Personal History
My name is Mitch Cerda. I’m 15 years old and live in Seneca, Illinois. I’m currently racing a Yamaha YZ250F in the ‘B’ Class for District 17 Events. I’m looking for additional sponsors to help support my racing desires. I promote my sponsors everywhere.
My Dad and I made a dirt track around our property. I would wake-up early and ride all day. I started riding a Yamaha TTR50 when I was 3, then a TTR80 when I was 6. My dad’s friend said I was a natural and I should start racing. My dad bought my first race bike, a KX65 at age 7. I would practice everyday after School and race on weekends. I love to ride hard and fast.
I love to race motocross, I like to work on my bikes and build tracks to ride on. I like to hang out with my friends and play baseball, football, basketball, boating and wakeboarding, and of course practicing on my race bike. I also enjoy building jumps for my MX bicycle so my friends and I can get crazy.
I have to do my best at school, maintain a positive attitude, be respectful, responsible, and be safe and to JUST HAVE FUN! My main objective is to promote a good attitude, as well as having a good sportsmanship attitude while promoting my sponsors and motocross. I also want to have fun and continually progress in my riding abilities. People are drawn to me because of my positive attitude and natural abilities. I’m a great promoter for the sport of motocross.
