Personal History
I am a college graduate with a family and full time job as a Sales Representative of a hotel in my hometown of Helena, MT. I have been racing motocross since I was 13 yeas old. I am now 32, a wife and a mother of 2 kids whom we started racing at 4 years old! Motocross is a major part of my family and personal life! We share the passion together! My husband and I have been together since our senior year in high school (a whopping 15 years!!) We have a daughter who is 8 and son who is 6. We all love to ride our dirt bikes and race motocross in Montana!!! We also love to boat the beautiful waters here when we are not out ripping up tracks! In the winter we ski and snowboard, and race as many areacross races that we can. We are a busy and active family who loves what we do because no matter what it is, we do it together!
Riding Goals
My main goal for riding and racing motocross is to prove to younger girls that they can ride dirt bikes and race motocross just as well as the boys! I want to inspire more female riders of any age, but especially the younger generation because after all they are our future! I also want to improve my riding skills every time I get on my bike, I would love to one day be in the top ten in the Washougal Pro/AM days! My goal is hold a Women/Girls Only riding/motocross school in my hometown twice a year. I want to teach girls that they do not have to be scared to participate in a male dominated sport. I believe it will be build so much confidence and self worth in the younger generation. I know it has for my daughter who is 8, she loves riding and racing with the boys! It is so amazing to see her self pride and confidence after every time she gets off her bike!
