Personal History
When I was 2 years old I got my first dirt bike. It was a Yamaha PW50 with training wheels, and I started riding right away. I happened to try and hit a small double and ended up breaking my arm because the training wheels caught a rock. After this happened it was time to ditch the training wheels, so by 3 years old I was on 2 wheels! I have been riding ever since and started racing as soon as I turned 4 years old. Motocross has been apart of my life since before I could walk because my Mom and Dad both ride. Although neither had the opportunity to race, they both still ride with me on our home track. I am an only child, but have two dog siblings who tag along to some of my races. I love to ride rain or shine! I am always bugging my Mom to take off work so we can ride :) I am also in gymnastics and have been for the past 2 years. I like gymnastics because it keeps me in great shape for Motocross, and is challenging. I have also advanced in my gymnastics and was invited onto a competition team, but I had to choose between the competition team and Motocross. I chose Motocross, although I still get to enjoy gymnastics just don't get to compete. When I am not riding or at gymnastics I like to play at my Grandma's, and help her on her farm. I know how to milk cows by hand, get chicken eggs, and take care of all the farm animals. I am also fortunate to have my Uncle's there to play with too, while my parents are working!
Riding Goals
My goals for riding are to just keep improving and pushing myself. I also am working hard to be able to qualify for Loretta Lynn's for 2016! A few other goals are to race my KTM Pro Junior next year because I only ride it to practice right now, so that I can get better before racing it next year. I will be hitting more tracks next year to expand my racing ability, and to keep challenging myself. "I want to be like Jordan Jarvis, and beat the boys" ,and when I grow up " I want to ride dirt bikes, and fix them".
Competitive Highlights
2015 was my first year racing! This year I achieved a total of three 1st , six 2nd, one 3rd, and three 4th place trophies racing in the PW50 4-6 class and Z-Air-cooled 50 4-6 class. Two of my 4th place trophies were due to bike problems, but after the last time my bike kept shutting off my parents bought me a NEW 2014 PW50 to finish out the season. Although even with many wrecks, and bike failure I never stopped getting back on my dirt bike and finishing a race! Also in the 2015 season I was 1st place overall points champion in Z-air-cooled 50 4-6 class, and 2nd overall points champion in PW50 4-6 class. One of my BIGGEST accomplishments I achieved this year was winning the RIDER OF THE YEAR award at Pagoda MX Club, Reading PA. This award was voted on, and I was the only one with more than one vote!
