Personal History
Hey guys! My name is Mike Wingo. Thank you for taking the time to read this. I’m a father to a beautiful daughter who shares the same passion that I do for dirt bikes. We both race our local off road series, the VCHSS. When I’m not racing or riding, I’m at work as a construction superintendent. We work hard during the week so we can play on the weekends!
Riding Goals
I have high expectations for 2025! I will be moving up to the 40+C class and plan on having several hard fought wins with the goal of being class champion. This season will mark my third consecutive season and huge advancements have been made this past off season. My daughter will move up to the morning race next season and I would prefer to not be on the same course as her next year so it’s my goal to move up to the main event after this season. Let’s go!
Competitive Highlights
I won my first ever event at round 2 in 2024. Shortly after,I had an unfortunate injury during practice and my shoulder surgery forced me to sit out 5 races. I returned to racing in August and finished my last 6 races with a 3rd, 3rd, 3rd, 2nd, 4th, and another 2nd. I’ve had a healthy offseason and look forward to some hard fought wins!
