Personal History
I have been riding dirtbikes since I was a kid around the local farms in south central Pennsylvania. I joined the military and began riding more and racing for fun. When I got stationed in Tokyo Japan I took my riding to another level and started getting very competitive with my racing and got my national B race license. I had a pretty good season going there until I had a nasty crash injuring my collarbone and shoulder. I then moved to Marysville California where I recovered and mostly just rode the local tracks for fun. I entered a few races there but just couldn't get back into the flow while starting a family. I now have moved to Guam and have been racing the whole Guam Monster Energy Motocross championship and have been doing very good. I have stepped up my training program here and I ride 3-4 days a week along wit mountain bike 2 days a week and run 5 days a week in the mornings.
Riding Goals
My personal goals are to complete the 2015 Monster Energy Motocross season in a minimum of 2nd place and possibly beat the #1 full sponsored rider here. I came close last weekend in the mud when I had made the pass and pulled a huge gap until a lapped rider fell in front of me and I stalled my bike relinquishing my lead with only 2 laps to go, although I had started catching him but just wasn't close enough to make the pass. My future goals after this season is to get out of the military and move back to Pennsylvania, build a track on our 25 acre unused property and train like crazy and enter races at happy ramblers and another events around the area. I am also looking at attending MMI in Florida with my GI Bill and keep giving back to the motocross community by being a certified mechanic.
Competitive Highlights
My latest high lights are that during the 2015 Guam International Smoken Wheels event I placed 3rd in the 250 class and 5th over all against the 450 and 250 bikes. The field of riders were stacked with professional riders like Sean Lipanovich, Glen Agular, and other top named riders from Japan and the Philippines.
