Group ride in Tayhua State Park, 30.6 miles of mostly single track, focusing on 3rd and 4th gear ridding, looking forward more, and standing, it is getting better for long standing. some of My ridding and racing friends say I am about back to pre accident ridding.
A big thanks for Oneal racing, for being there during our Covid year and being there for My current future year. An extra mention for TOM My rider support rep. He went out of his way when a shipment was stolen from our porch last year. THANK YOU.

today a training ride at Tahuya State park, it will be a bit wet but good speed training on the quad trails mixed with some single track, this is the closest ridding near home, great training and day fun with friends. Our ride went well even though it rained off and on all day, Legs feel strong logged 22 miles.

Had a wonderful day at Walker Valley, 8 riders total, the trails are rough with alot of elevation. I was able to ride all day without My legs causing any problems, it has been almost a year since I broke My legs.
