Personal History

I have been around motorcycles my entire life. My dad got me into racing when I was 5 and I have never looked back. I took a liking to offroad racing quickly because of the amount of time you get to spend riding your bike. While motocross is very fun to ride, racing it requires a lot of sitting around waiting to race 1 or 2 short motos. With offroad, you get to spend hours, if not all day on your bike. I also enjoy the mechanical aspect of motorcycle racing, and I feel that wrenching and preparing your bike is half of what it takes to compete well. A guy that can solve problems in the garage and out on the track is someone that will always do well. The past two years have been a big step for me moving up to "A" class. It requires way more work (on and off the track) than I would have ever dreamed of. The competition is fierce and everybody you are racing against wants to win as bad as you do. Just being able to be competitive is a reward in itself! I plan to race at this level for as long as I can and will constantly try to better myself as an athlete, rider and mechanic.

Riding Goals

My ultimate goal as a motorcycle racer is to qualify as a USA team member position at the International Six Days Enduro (ISDE). Other goals consist of winning an "A" level class at the Grand National Cross Country (GNCC) offroad series, and doing well enough to receive and overall national number at the end of the year for the GNCC series.
