Personal History

My name is Michael LaHaye and i am from Chelan Washington. I have been a motocross rider for many years, my dad had me racing at the young age of just 5 year's old. I have had a loved for the sport for many year's and my passion for it grows every year as I progress through my career. I do a lot i am very involved in my highschool i am apart of FFA (future farmers of america) are highschool is very agricultural based and i am very interested and involved in farming. I am also a varsity football player and wrestler at my highschool these two sports combined keep me in top shape for my main focus motocross. The two things i do to relax during the crazy life of a motocross rider is i love to just be in the woods and hunt, fish, camp and hangout in the outdoors which is genrealy very easy for me because i live in a very rural area and love every bit of it.

Riding Goals

My goals for this upcoming year is two hold a steady top 3 in the Northwest National Motocross series. Also a big one for me this year is to qualify for Loretta Lynns. I also will be doing many local series around the states of washington and oregon. Another big goal for me is to do my best to get down to the World Mini's. Also two races i have a need to win is the Washougal national and the Top Gun team shootout in september.

Competitive Highlights

One of my biggest highlights came from last year when i won the 250 amature washougal national in july. I also took a second in the open at the same event.
