Personal History
Michael Kimmerle, age 20, has competed in AMA and NMA motocross events since 2001. His consistent effort and enthusiasm has resulted in 11 consecutive #1 AMA Plates. In 2012 he competed in AMA District 25 Motocross Series, Not being able to attend the complete season due to injury, he still bounced back to top ten finishes in all three of the pro classes.
Riding Goals
In 2013 Michael plans to attend several regional and national events, like Loretta Lynn’s, Ama Pro am events, his main focus has been trying to achieve his AMA pro license. He also plans to continue to race locally in Colorado because he likes the racers and the environment it has to offer.
Competitive Highlights
Over his 12 years of racing he has accomplished 11 consecutive district 25 championships, quallified for ponca, lorettas, world minis, and the us open back on 65's.
In 2007 Michael qualified for Loretta Lynn’s Amateur Nationals and placed 17th overall in MX Lites C Stock. Overcoming a difficult 1st moto, Michael moved into very competitive positions in later moto’s placing 31st, 13th, and 7th.
