Rider Updates
Apr 14 2014
So I rode every weekend at an indoor track since December. Feeling really good on the bike. For the first race of the season I got 6th out of 12 in 14 - 24 c which was mostly 450s. In 250c I got 9th overall out of 21. Need to dial in my suspension and I'll be getting podiums and winning in no time.

I rode the new 2002 rm 125 over the weekend and absolutely love the bike. It was so comfortable that I was able to push myself to a new breaking point. I'm seeing this as a great sign of what's to come with this bike.

I have something very tragic to inform everyone of if they haven't already heard. Freestyler Jeremy Lusk past away in Costa Rica at a show there after attempting a Heart attack- indian air- Back Flip. He ended up in the hospital with severe head trauma and went into surgery for more then 4 hours. The surgery went well but it didn't help. He past shortly after that surgery. He was 46 year old and for those who don't know him he is one of the greatest freestylers ever. He will be missed not only by family and friends but the industry as well. For those who want to see the video of what happened go to youtube.com and look up Jeremy Lusk death crash video. However please view at your own risk it is very brutal and will make you cringe at the least. For more info go to motocross.com and you can find out more.
R.I.P Jeremy Lusk you will be missed by many.

Well I moved up to my dad's in Browerville, Minnesota. It's a nice place of less then 700 people which is great. I started the 2nd semester up here and grades are good. I'm fitting in well and already making quality friends. I'm still training here in minnesota where it's 17 below zero and yet I haven't gotten frostbite from running and biking in the cold. Anyways I can't wait for the snow to melt so I can start riding again.

For my current workout I am doing alot of endurance training and lower body strength. My endurance involves a 15+ mile bike ride. wheather it's 90 degrees out or below freezing. The lower body workout involes 3 sets of 400lbs, 1 max set at around 550lbs. and a cool down lift that is 2 sets of 350lbs. I do 4 sets of leg curls and extesions between 80lbs. - 120lbs. Also i do a combination of bench press, shoulder press, and arm curl to mix up my workout.
