Personal History
I'm currently attending UT Tyler for a civil engineering degree. I ride and race on the weekends and love every second of it. I've been riding Dirtbike's since I was 10. The first time racing and being on a track was in the fall of 2016. Once that first gate dropped I was hooked to racing.
Riding Goals
Last fall is when I started racing and I was still getting a feel for the sport. This year I am determined and more confident in myself and plan on coming out on top in my class. If everything goes my way I will race in the Texas championship and hopefully get a top placement.
Competitive Highlights
One of my greatest career highlights happened at Village Creek MX in the beginner class. On the first moto there were 17 racers at the gate. Once the gates dropped we drag raced to the first turn and someone t-boned me and we went down which put us at the back of the pack. I got up and raced my way from 16th to 7th in 4 short laps. 2nd moto I was 9th out of the first turn and finished in 3rd. As a beginner rider and being able to pass people like that, it definitely boosted my confidence level. Another one of my career highlights is getting the holeshot two motos in a row at Swan MX.
