Personal History
Hi, My name is Dillon, but I go by DJ. My family is me, my mom and dad and my brother. Me and my dad ride dirt bikes all the time together, and he even built us a sick track on our property where I get to practice. I love riding dirt bikes and now racing. I'm addicted to it and it's the most fun thing I've ever done. I used to box and do mma and jiu jitsu, and it was very exciting, but it's nothing like racing motocross! I really like working on my dirt bike, and I'm going to a trade school next year for small engine repair.
Riding Goals
I just want to keep getting better and become great at racing a dirt bike. My dad is getting me to some classes with The Moto Academy next year, and I know I'm going to learn a lot from it. This year is almost wrapped up, but I want to finish strong and next year come out blazing! Riding a dirt bike makes me feel like everything in life is perfect. There's nothing to worry about when I'm riding or racing. It's just me and my bike. It's freedom.
Competitive Highlights
Not a competitive highlight, but I made the honor roll in high school, which was a big deal to me because I never used to take school too seriously. I've taken first place at jiu jitsu tournaments against a lot of other kids and I've even fought in boxing. What I really want to accomplish is winning my first moto and then updating my About Me page.
