Personal History
Hi my name is Maya Taggart. I am 8 years old and have been racing for almost 2 years. I like it a lot. Last year I mostly rode on 3 tracks but this year I have raced on a lot more. I think that is why I am getting better every time I ride . I enjoy riding on tracks where I have not been before.
Riding Goals
My goals are to start racing in the girls class when I get older. Right now I am learning how to ride a 65 so that I can start racing it next year. I would like to start competing in more national races and someday maybe I will make it to Loretta Lynn's.
Competitive Highlights
I placed 4th in the 2011 Rostin' on the River Series in 2011. I placed 7th this year in the Spring Series at Switchback Raceway(2012) in the open 50cc class.
