Personal History
My name is Maximus Bunton and my number is 014. I have only been riding a dirtbike for 3 years. I have been competing in motocross and off road races for 2 years. We live in Michigan and race through AMA District 14 in Michigan, Ohio and Indiana. I primarily race off road hare scrambles and enduros but will race motocross when it is at our local track, Twisted MX. I have two sisters and a brother. The 4 of us and my parents travel around to the races in our motorhome and trailer. My dad and sister also race in the hare scrambles and enduros.
In our off season I wrestle for my middle school to stay in shape and work on strength and flexibility.
Riding Goals
My goals are of course to get first, but most of all to improve my riding and use the bike to my advantage and not just muscle it around.
Ultimately, I would love to represent Team USA in ISDE when I am old enough. I know it will be a lot of hard work but I love this sport and am willing to put the time and effort in.
Competitive Highlights
The top moments in my 2022 season are definitely getting my first race win, finishing top 5 for the season in the AMA D14 Hare Scramble series and winning the overall championship in the AMA D14 Family Enduro Series.
