Personal History
My name is Matt Van Dyke, I am 29 years old, from Brandon, SD. I grew up in NW Iowa riding in gravel pits and racing at our local hare scramble series near Sioux Falls, SD. I enjoy staying as active as possible by getting to the gym 3-5 times a week and maintaining a healthy diet to allow me to be the best I can.
Riding Goals
My 2018 goals are to finish in the top 5 at National Enduro in the A-Open class, top 3 at OMA Nationals in A class, and finish in the top 7 OA in the Hillbilly Gran Prix series in SW Missouri.
Competitive Highlights
My proudest moment would have to be going to my first Ozark 100 miler, winning the B class, qualifying in the top 25 and making the night race. Also winning the B open class at the first OMA National held in Sturgis, SD in July of 2014. Other highlights include a 3rd place finish in the B class for the 2013 Hillbily GP series and a 4th place finish for the 2014 Hillbilly GP in the A class. In 2012 I won the 4 stroke open class here at our local club, Sioux Valley Cycle Club.
