Personal History
The 2013 season is coming to an end, I'm just getting back on my bike. On June 23rd at a local race I broke both my tib and fib and had surgery to put a plate in my leg. This was my last year on 50s and I was working hard at getting to Loretta's. I had qualified for the North Central Loretta's regional and was planning to the weekend after I broke my leg. I've learned a lot from this season, especially that I am a very strong person and am very passionate about motocross. After an injury I'll come back stronger and faster.
Riding Goals
My focus for the 2014 season is my 65cc. I want to physically and mentally get stronger. I've already started training to go to Loretta's, it's my dream and will be extremely difficult to achieve on my 65, but I can do it. I have several plans for training in Texas during the Colorado winter and have been working closely with my physical therapist to make sure I'm as strong as I can be.
Competitive Highlights
This past year I'm most proud of my qualifying for Loretta's regionals, and I believe had I not broke my leg I would have qualified for Loretta's at the North Central Regional. I am also extremely proud of my ability to begin to win local races. World Mini Grand Prix was a lot of fun. I was able to take a second place in my division race for the Super Pee Wee 6-9 behind Jett Reynolds. It was the best I've ever rode my bike.
