Personal History
I started riding dirtbikes when I was 14yrs old, I mostly rode trails and home made tracks on our family farm. I took a small break for a couple years to have a couple of awesome kids. A couple of years ago our family moved north to fort mcmurray so I could be home every night with the family. I started my search for some people to ride with, I found a small group of guys making a single track course away from all the quad and jeep trails that are all so popular up here. I instantly feel I'm love with single track riding. The tarrain here is good but I desired more challenges. Well searching the web I discovered hairscrambles and xc racing. Interested i had to try it! In 2015 I did my first race a xc in the foot hills of the Rocky mountains, I quickly found out why they call it enduro haha. I had a yz 250 I converted in to a woods build with a 295cc bb kit, flywheel weight ext. One thing I was missing was a larger tank and couldn't finish due to running out of fuel. In entered one more race that year and finished 4th, at that point I was hooked. 2016 was a bad year due to the fort mc fires my bike was trapped in the garage as we evacuated leaving me bikeless for the season. I then bought the beta300 rr race which was a game changer! 2017 was the first solid year of ra ing and turned out verywell finishing at least top ten with 2 podium finishes. 2018 will be a challange as i push on to the next class! The closet race is a 6hr drive so any sponcership helps!! Thank you for taking to time to review my profile.
