Riding Goals
My riding goals are most important to me. My main goal is to learn and advance my ability on the bike as much as I possibly know I can. Another goal would be considered a bit more down to earth and important. My family struggles financially to get me to the races with a solid bike underneath me. Which sums the next goal up into meaning that I need to get to races and have the most help I can get. Those are my main two goals for this year.
Competitive Highlights
Well round 1 of the Wild west nationals was my first race on a bike in 3 years. I went out that friday to practice on the track and did well I thought. My dad and i slept in our van and woke up the next morning to race. After practice that morning I went out for my first moto and got stuck off the gate when it dropped and made my way out of the gate and down the start. I passed into third in one lap and made my way into second. I then battled for first for half a lap.On the last lap he took the outside line and I ran inside, I saw the checkered flag down the straight and gassed it as fast as i could. That was my first ever win and i was proud of it, from being dead last stuck in the gate, into first on the last lap I was proud.
Round 2 of wild west nationals came along and i had major bike starting problems, I luckily push started it behind the gate and kept it running until the gate dropped. Within a quarter lap I was in 3rd about to pass 2nd and 1st when my bike stalled. I kicked and kicked and it didn't start. So I didn't even finish 1st moto or start 2nd moto.
