Personal History

Originally from Norther BC, I was lucky enough to receive my first mx bike when I was 13 years
old. After riding for a summer, I knew I had found my passion. One of my good friends introduced
me to the motocross racing scene, which opened up a whole new work for not only myself, but
my family as well.
The majority of my 6 years of racing, was spent on the BCMA circuit. This covers Mid-Northern
areas of BC. Working my way through the classes, I was able to maintain a top 5 finish on all
races; taking a handful podium finishes over the years.

During which time, I was able to grow my love for the sport and my relationships with my close-
knit family; as both my Brother and Father raced as well. My Mother was our support system, always supporting us from the pits. As the years went on, my Family had to face some of the challenges that ultimately from the sport; this leading to the unfortunate decision to take a break from the sport.

Even though a few years had passed, my love for action sports never faded; I was still seeking
that adrenaline rush that I always got from racing motocross. I found other avenues, such as
Freestyle Skiing and Downhill Biking; nothing gave me that same feeling. I needed that time
away from motocross to realize the passion and love that I have for the sport. It made my take a
step back, and look at it with a new light, Freestyle Motocross.

Riding Goals

My main focus is riding my bike and having fun doing it. Freestyle motocross gives me that
opportunity that I was missing near the end of my racing career.
Freeride & FMX allows me be “feel like a kid again”. With the background of racing, it was a
seamless transition into this new found sport. Carrying over the discipline and focus that is required
to achieve goals and setting myself apart with individual riding style.
