Personal History
I grew up in the northeast raised by my dad Tim Karabinos who also raced for many years. He put me on a dirt bike when I was about 7 years old and it's been a passion of mine ever since. Although I only started racing competitively just a few years back, its always been in my blood and I'm blessed to finally be able to make it a reality. I lost my dad in 1996 when I was just 12 years old, fell into some hard times growing up but have since turned my life around thanks to Motocross. That connection I have with my dad is soo important to me and it continues to keep me on the straight and narrow. I served 4 years in the United States Air Force and now work in the automotive industry.
Riding Goals
I'm a C rider in my 30's but I've been told I have potential. I also feel that way myself and only racing for 2 years I believe my ceiling is still relatively high. Just bought my KX250f last year so looking forward to big things in 2019 and hopefully some race wins as my comfort level grows. Going to be racing just about every weekend in 2019, stoked!!
Competitive Highlights
Raced a 250 D class Supercross class two years ago on a 98 CR125 and was able to win the class in my first ever season racing. Won some races last summer in the Vet Dad's class at Evansville Supercross track and finished 3rd overall for the series, and had 3 top 3 finishes in the 30+ B/C class. Also raced in the MDRA series here in PA and was able to finish 5th overall out of 12 at Sleepy Hollow MX park and 10th out of 22 at Doublin Gap.
