Personal History

Started riding when I was 4 years old and continued ever since. My dad always raced growing up and would go to his races with him. He was always winning hate scrambles and cross country races. My father and I would go to the forest constantly riding every weekend. We would go to the track and I’dgo ringing the track as best as I could. Never considered racing when I was a kid because I didn’t know it was an option. Years went by and I got better, rode track lots, rode the woods and tight single track. I’ve always encouraged people to get a bike because for me riding is my stress relief. It takes everything off your mind and you can just focus on the path ahead of you. It kept me fit aswell. Motorcycles and racing have been a big part of my life. With growing up around my dad racing and always going to outdoor nationals and watching motocross religiously every weekend with my dad. My entire life revolves around motorcycles. The past couple years I’ve began riding and racing more competitively as per other racers recognizing my talent and insisting I take a shot at races. First mx race I finished 5th in the intermediate class, second Moto I finished 4th. This gave me the drive and realization that if I practice more and race more one day I could be winning like my dad. Since then I’ve been training not only on dirt bike, but also pedal bike to keep my cardio high. I’m a mechanic by trade so working on the bike is natural for me. I consistently ensure my bike is well maintained and ready to race by putting tons of man hours into cleanliness and reliability. My bike being so old has made it difficult to get parts for but it also is in the best shape it’s ever been. 2019 season opener hare scramble I came off strong at the start and had no problem passing, hit my knee on a tree and that took me out for the day, I was in 3rd before the minor injury.back on my feet and healthy as ever and not afraid to get a little banged up in the process, as long as I can convince more riders like my self with the talent to actually make a name for them selves is what I strive for

Riding Goals

I look forward to the 2019 season with doing both hare scrambles and the Alberta motocross series (AMSA) and hopefully achieving a 1st place in one of my races, but more so being able to tackle all races with decent finish times to broaden my experience in the racing industry. I look forward to meeting new people and possibly eventually making it to the expert class with a newer bike to really allow my skill set to shine. Winter of 2019-2020 I will be trying ice racing. My dad used to ice race and won Alberta provincials and nationals. Hoping to follow in my dads footsteps and pull some podiums
