Personal History
well im matt rogers, i ride a 2007 honda crf450r with some upgrades like exhaust, tires, new bars, new red renthal sprockets and gold series chain, jetted for race fuel, nothing real big because i dont really have the money for anything big like worked suspention and engine upgrades. i started riding when i was 4 and started on a brand new 95 honda Z50 and now almost 12 years later i got 2 years of racing experience and a clean 2007 honda crf450r. i rode honda my whole life and never really thought about switching. i just got my 450 fixed after a big wreck in a new york race, broke handlebars, cracked exhaust, bent subframe, 2 fractured ribs, fractured wrist, and a 3rd place overall finish! so after dumping bunch of money and time into the bike, a year later it is back on the tracks.

Competitive Highlights
went to NY for a points race in 2007, blew up my 99 kx250 in practice on race day, went and bought a 2007 honda crf450r rode it around the parking lot trying to get use to it alittle bit, raced the 250b class and got a 2nd place in the first heat, the 2nd heat wasnt so good... i was going down a rythem section 4th gear pinned and the bike washed out from under me and flipped countless times, bent the handlebars to breaking point, the subframe was bent which caused the exhaust pipe to break in 3 places, got 2 fractured ribs and 1 fractured wrist and still finshed 6th outta 11th so i was pretty excited but it was a long trip back to pennsylvania! haha
