Personal History
My name is Matt Collins and I'm 27 years old. I've been riding motorcycles since I was 4 and have been racing competitively since I was 9. Racing is my main passion, but I'm a huge fan of anything outdoors. I have great family and friends that support my riding and also join me on the track.
Riding Goals
This year is a rebuilding year for me. Staying healthy is my main focus while trying to build back up my speed in the process. I plan on racing locally and hopefully hit some AMA sanctioned races later in the year. If I do well enough, I will try to qualify for Loretta Lynn's in the 450 B class.
Competitive Highlights
Multiple championships in many different classes locally and a 2nd overall in the 450 C class at the Muddy Creek regional in 2005. Finished 24th overall at Loretta's in the same class in 2005 with a DNF in the first moto, due to bike problems.
