Personal History

hello, my names mason taylor. I'm 18 5' 9" 150 lbs. I grew up in a small town in Illinois with a patch of woods behind my house that my friends and I have turned into a mx track. I've been ridin quads and dirtbikes since i was 4. I'm a dedicated to what I do, i'm a very hard worker and I never give up, on my self or anyone else. I believe with enough motavation anyone can complete any task. I just got into racing this year, Little events at the local riding club. I'm currently racing my 97 suzuki rm125 completly rebuilt and modified to look and ride like a 01 rm125.

Riding Goals

Well sadly this racing season is almost over for me. But the 2010 season is going to be very busy for me. I will be a member of the AMA and will be able to race all over the midwest. I'm planning on getting a bigger bike over the winter, more than likely a kawasaki kx250 or a kx250f. I'm hoping that the season will be great and i will take many 1st in any class that i race. I also hope that i will be able to push other to do better. By leading younger kids by example and showing them on and off the track what being a dirt bike rider is really all about.

Competitive Highlights

I am a very competitive person on the track. I don't let others push me around i ride agresivley, but not carelessly. I'm not afraid to take risks that the others are. I don't play it on the safe side because theres no time for regrets after the end of the race. I'd rather ride the hardest and take the risk of falling and being able to get back up, than to go slow and wish at the end of the race i would of went faster. My most memorable highlight from this year was, competeing in my first race ever and placing 2nd in my intermediate class and 3rd in the 14-29 class. Another highlight of mine was being able to place 2nd in the intermediate class at our local club on a 125 2 stroke. And beating almost every 250 and 450 cc bikes.
