I work out 5 days a week to stay in good shape for racing. today i had the most intence 4 hour work out i couldnt even walk to my truck when i was done. i am going to be continuing this work out twice a week and be looking for the aprovements

The past couple weeks i have been practicing 3 to 4 days aweek after school at my track. I am already seeing great improve ment in my riding and lap times. Also my race results have greatly improved since ive been practicing alot more.
