Personal History
My name is Mason Beasley and I live in Evans, GA. I am 15 years old and I attend Evans High School as a A/B Honor Roll ninth grader. My hobbies are swimming, snowboarding, going to the beach and hanging out with friends. I have some friends that are into wakeboarding and I think that is something that I would like to learn how to do.
I started riding a dirtbike at three years old and was racing by age five. I will always remember my first race because I came in second place, right behind a girl. I enjoy motocross for several reasons. I like the rush I get from the speed and jumps, spending time with my family and the competition.
Riding Goals
Visit new tracks and qualify for the US Amatuer Nationls at Lorretta Lynns Ranch again in 2013. Practice and train hard. Stay focused on my goals.
Competitive Highlights
The biggest highlight was in 2006. I was chosen to participate in the KTM Jr Supercross Challenge at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta. There was a record crowd of over 71,000 people. This was an experience that I will never forget. The program has since been canceled and has been replaced by a freestyle show at the Monster Energy Supercross races. I am sure that any kid that was ever involved with the KJSC would agree that it was an experience of a lifetime.
July 2012-Worked hard to qualify for the US Nationals at Loretta Lynn's and was very pleased with my 3rd place heat race finish with a 7th overall.
10/23/12-I saw while watching the Monster Energy Cup this past weekend that the KJSC will be returning in 2013 to a select few AMA Supercross races. This is great news and good luck to the kids that are trying to get picked to participate.
