Personal History
My name is Martinez McKinney Jr. I'm 30 years old and from a small town called Cushing, Oklahoma. When I'm not riding, I'm spending quality time with my 4 kids. I grew up riding with Justin Bogle, we were best friends growing up and still talk almost every day. I always loved to ride and wanted to race motocross, but I never had the opportunity to do so until a little over a year ago when I decided to buy a new 2020 Yamaha 250F and started racing in the Oklahoma Winter Series. I've come a long way since I began riding again last year and see myself improving every day.
Riding Goals
My short term riding goal is to move up from 250D Class to 250C Class.
My long term riding goal is to make it to Loretta Lynn's next year and eventually go Pro.
Competitive Highlights
I won 1st Place in two different classes, 250D and 450D, at AMP MX Park in Stillwater, Oklahoma during their 2021 Fly Racing Spring Championship.
I placed 4th in the 450D Class at Jandebeur's MotorSports Park in the Oklahoma State Championship Motocross Series.
