Personal History
The motocross racing scene has been a big part of my life but for the past several years it has been about college and life after college. During my college years, I met my husband and we got married then we graduated together and moved to California. Once we moved to California for work and family we were able to pick up riding again. During the week I would as a graphic designer in a marketing department and on the weekend I would be twisting the throttle. I didn't pick up racing again until a few more years in California. In the meantime, I enjoyed riding the weekend and sharing my experience of coming from Arkansas to California on social media. While riding wasn't the only thing that filled I spent most of my time with family and picking a few new hobbies like running half marathons, surfing, and snowboarding. It's great having all these hobbies but having the opportunity to ride and race in California has been a dream. I have always wanted to race in California and now I can and I have been able to for the past few years.

Riding Goals
GOAL: Make it to Loretta Lynns
If I could describe myself I would say goal-oriented. Each year I choose a goal and most of them are about competing. My goal for the rest of 2022 and for 2023 is to train to make it to Loretta Lynns. The last time I tried to qualify was in 2014 but due to bike issues and an injury, I did not make it, and then I went to college. Now that I have graduated and started racing again I feel that this is the year to start training and qualify for Loretta Lynns. To make this goal happen I have planned out my training, seat time, and how I will share my journey by using social media. This is a hard challenge that I am willing to meet. After living in California for a few years now I have been able to race and ride with some of the fastest women out here and I know I have the speed.
