Rider Updates

Oct 6 2014

The 2014 season has come to a close. I had a few goals set for myself before the season began, of which were to finish in the top 10, and earn enough points to move up to JR A for 2015, and which I accomplished. I finished 3rd overall for the Walton Amateur National Qualifier, and 9th overall in the Rockstar Energy Drink Ontario Provincial Championship Series.

I moved to Alberta in mid June, and missed the remainder of the REDOPC after racing only 1 round, and the Walton amateur national, yet still had enough points to move to JR A for 2015.

For 2015, I will be racing both MX1, and MX2, and hope to qualify for Walton at the Raymond Western Amateur National Qualifier, and also place top 10 in the AMSA series in both classes.

In the meantime, I plan on racing as many Arena Cross races as possible between Alberta and B.C. over the winter months of 2014 and 2015, and stepping up work out program for the 2015 season.

I would like to thank my GF, Lisa, my family, my friends, and my sponsers, MB1 SUSPENSION, TORC1 RACING, ATLAS BRACE, DECAL WORKS, and HI LINE SUZUKI for all your support in 2014.

Thank you for a great season in 2014, see you all in 2015.

gone threw some big changes in the last month and a half. Moved to Edmonton ,Alberta in mid June and not on the bike as much as I would like. However made it to Brooks for RD#6 of the AMSA provincials. Had an amazing practice session on Sunday morning, and just knew it was going to be a great day for me. A top 3 start in moto 1 , held 3rd for most of the moto before fading to 6th. Moto 2 got a 6th place start, and with 2 laps to go, I noticed I was closing the gap on 5th and 4th. I pushed hard and with half a lap to go I managed to catch and pass and move into 4th for 4th overall for the day, not bad for only riding the bike twice in the last 40 days.  Thanks again to all my family, and my GF , Lisa for pushing me each and every lap of the way. Thanks to MB1 Suspension, Torc 1 Racing, Decal Works and Atlas Brace for all the support. its all very much appreciated

had an up and down weekend at Walton for the last Amateur National Qualifier. Terrible starts made for a long and exhausting day! going into the first turn I was 2nd to last, and with the motos here being only 4 laps long I made quick work of the field in both motos and after 1 lap was in 4th. unfortunately I stalled my bike on lap 3 by the time I it started I was 12 but managed a 10 in moto 1, moto 2 was much the same, and took 5th for 6th overall for the day. on a very positive note, I finished 3rd overall for the ANQ! Currently , im 3rd overall in the Rockstar Energy Ontario Provincials, and 7th overall in the High Point series

I would like to thank my sponsers for all their support. MB1 Suspension, Torc1 Racing, Atlas Brace, Decal Works,

first race after dislocating my shoulder 2 weeks, spent a lot of time practicing my starts and the first turn. going into rd 1 of the Ontario Provincial Championship at Gully Mor . with a 2nd place start in moto 1 and a holeshot in moto 2 , I managed a 3-4 day for 4th overall. A little more work on my left arm and things should b good ( since dislocating it, it gets weak , and its my clutch side to boot). A big thanks go out to MB1 Suspension, Atlas Brace, Torc1 Racing and Decal Works

I had a great practice on Saturday, first time on the bike in 2 weeks. I woke up on Sunday because I was soooo sore , I decided not to race the Paisley ANQ, but I will be at Gully Mor on the 1st. time to make up some points! Practiced starts for a good hour, and im feeling really confident.

After moving into 3rd overall in pts with my 4-3  4th overall at Gopher Dunes , I was looking forward to the Motopark ANQ., but a bad crash in morning practice left me with a dislocated shoulder and no points on the day. I dropped to 6th in points and with this coming weekend (may 17-18) not  being a points race, I hope to b back on the the bike for the Paisley ANQ on the 25th
