Personal History

I started riding at 3 years old and racing at 5. I have always enjoyed riding with my father and in the last two years started taking racing more seriously. My dad isn't able to fund my racing competitively and I am paying for engineering school out of pocket so racing has to be on the back burner sometimes. I wrestled in high school as well as many other sports and enjoy working out daily. Motocross has always been my passion and everything I do has motocross involved in some way.

Riding Goals

I recently had a bad yard sale and broke my foot. With a few weeks left to heal, it is time to get some fresh gear to get back and hit it hard. During the 2014-2015 season I am planning on racing at the Cedar Lake arena in Wisconsin (sandbox). I am also planning some arenacross rounds and a trip down to texas to hopefully train with some local fast riders and possibly shannon Niday. I would like to get my speed up and progress into the A class mid 2015 or to start the 2016 season. My ultimate goal is gain my pro card and compete in a national. I think because I do my racing on my own and training myself that I gain a lot more from the sport than most kids. I have to make every chance to ride the best and becoming a professional at my passion would be a dream come true.

Competitive Highlights

Although this area may be less full than other riders, It is a great start to where I could be if I am able to ride more than once every week or two. I have competed in the loretta lynns regional two years in a row in the C class and unfortunately due to some crashes caused by others and missing the gate drop, we couldn't do it. I have been 2nd and 3rd in the state of Iowa (D22) in 2013 in the 250C and Open C. Keep in mind I only raced about half the races and was able to score enough points to finish well. I plan on filling this box with many accomplishments in 2015!
