Personal History

My name is Lucas Dayton. I am 17 years old. I grew up playing sports like soccer, football, basketball, and swimming. I was one of those kids that always started the beginning of the season behind the curve and ended up on the County All-Stars roster. I made my way through team sports always knowing that I gave more effort than anyone else did. The thing I love most about moto is that I know I can train harder and grow faster than the other guys. There is nobody holding me back to be the best I can be.

Riding Goals

This summer, after returning from injury, I decided last minute to ride the 125C in Mammoth. With only 3 practices under my belt, I got the first moto hole shot and took second Overall in the class! I got my first bear in only my second year of motocross!

Since then, I have raced a SwapMoto series race where I went 2, 2, 3 OA in 250C, 450C, and Schoolboy 1. A couple weeks after that we decided to buy a couple GasGas 250Fs.

On my 6th ride on the new bike, I raced the WORCS series at Honolul Hills in Taft, CA. I went 1st Overall in Open B and Sportsman 15-24 B. The bike felt awesome. I hit the local MX track at KCRP this weekend and everything clicked with the new bigger bike. I raced Fall Classic at Glen Helen and won the 250C and 250C Jr. National titles!
