Personal History
I have been riding bikes for 18 years racing motoX a couple and X-country also. Started on a Hodaka and will now ride a KTM 250 XCFW. I love running X-country, taking a bike where it shouldn't really be! Of course fitness plays a big factor on your riding, I'm not a regular at the gym but work and home fittness keep me ready for any event! I'm a well rounded rider on about anything with an engine.
Riding Goals
My biggest goal at this point is to become a serious competitor in California's 'King Of The Hammers' Event. An enduro called King Of The Motos has been incorporated into this Ultra 4 truck racing event drawing an intense crowd of supporters and major vendors.
Youth involvement is very important to me. There is a group of kids here that have incredible potential on and off the track as well as a knack for freestyle! I'll be hard after more youth involvement this year making them aware of our rides and what the local racing program has to offer.
Competitive Highlights
Raced a Honda XR200 in the 250 class with the Fairbanks Racing Lions. Finished 3rd locally and 7th in state.
Finished top 5 in the Midnight Sun Enduro, my first enduro event!
