Personal History
My name is Logan Walters and I’m 9 years old. I’ve been riding since I was 4 years old and that’s about all I want to do and talk about. I started racing last year on my SSR 70 and we realized quickly it wasn’t the bike for racing but that didn’t stop be from going as fast as I could. My dad went out and found basically a new KX 65 and surprised me one day after school. Once I learned to ride the clutch and was able to pick the bike up by myself and start it he let me start racing it!
Now we are into our 3rd year of racing and loving every minute of it. I am getting faster every week and look forward to pushing myself. I've closed the gap between my positions and the fastest guys in my class. I moved up into Youth 65 advanced this year to push myself and it allowed me to race longer and tougher races. I am currently running in 3rd place for the year and only 5 points out of 2nd. I've had a great year and can't wait to see how the year finishes up.
Riding Goals
I want to continue getting faster each week! We practice motocross and single track to get me as fast as possible for my hare scrambles so that one day I can have my sponsors and bikes and give mom and dad a break
Competitive Highlights
2021 - Since I started late last year on my 65 I have 10 trophies from multiple race series.
2022 - I have moved up to Youth 65 advanced instead of staying in peewee to push myself! I have finished every race and plaqued in nearly all of them. I have locked down 3rd place for this year, and only a few points out of 2nd.
