Personal History

I am 11 years old and live with my mom, dad and dog Libby, in Haliburton, Ontario.   I am in grade 6 at JD Hodgson Elementary School in Haliburton, and in addition to being elected Class Representative, I volunteer in school clubs such as the Eco Team, as well as coordinating and participating in fundraising initiatives for the school and community.  To experience the arts, I am practicing for my Grade 1 Royal Conservatory of Music exam on the piano.  When not riding my dirt bike, I enjoy spending time at the family cottage playing tennis, swimming, water skiing, fishing and exploring nature.  In the winter, I spend many days downhill skiing and riding a snowmobile.  Most of all, I enjoy spending time at the motocross track either practicing or racing, and wrenching on my dirt bike.

Riding Goals

For the 2016 race season, my goal is to finish 10 top at the Parts Canada TransCan, Canadian Motocross Grand National Championship (GNC) in the 85cc 7-11 age class.  My ultimate riding goal is to become a Canadian Motocross Professional.

Competitive Highlights

Since finishing 4th in my 1st career race at age 5 in an OMXC event, I have raced at the local level (Burnt River Off-Road Facility), regional level (Maguire's Motocross Racing Series) and nationally with the Canadian Motocross Racing Corp (CMRC).

In 2009, I finished 2nd overall in the 50cc (4-6) class in the Burnt River Off-Road Facility Series, and was awarded the Most Improved Rider (3-8 year old).

2010 highlights included finishing 2nd and 3rd overall in the 50cc (4-6) class and Super PeeWee class, respectively, in the Burnt River Off-Road Facility Series. In addition, I finished 1st place at the Eastern Ontario ANQ in the 50cc (4-6) class and competed at the Parts Canada TransCan GNC.

I continued racing with CMRC in 2011, finishing 2nd overall at the Eastern Ontario ANQ and Fourwinds MX Park, both in the 50cc (4-6) class.  At the Parts Canada TransCan (GNC) that year, I finished 13th overall in the 50cc (4-6) class.  In addition, I began racing with Maguire's Motocross Racing Series (MMRS), with top finishes including a 1st overall at a Madoc event and 4th overall at the MMRS National, both in the 50cc (4-6) class.

Due to motocross related injuries, 2012 racing was primarily with MMRS finishing in the top 5 at several events in the 50cc (7-8) class.  Top finishes included a 1st place overall at Thunder Mud and Cochranes, and a 2nd overall at Madoc.

In 2013, I began racing my KTM 65, in addition to my KTM 50.  In the Burnt River Off-Road Facility Series I finished 1st overall in the 65cc (7-9) class and 2nd overall in the Super PeeWee class.  At MMRS, I had many top 5 finishes in both the 60cc (7-9) class and 50cc (GP) class.  With CMRC, I raced the Parts Canada TransCan GNC in the 65cc (7-9) class.

2014 was my first year racing on my KX 85 along with my KTM 65.  Racing at MMRS, top finishes included four 1st overall in the 60cc (7-9) class and a 4th overall at Thunder Mud in the 80cc (7-11) class.  At the Parts Canada TransCan GNC in 2014, I finished 11th overall in the 65cc (7-9) class and also participated in the 85cc (7-11) class.

Racing in 2015, I finished 5th overall in 85 (7-11)  in the MMRS KTM Provincial Series.  In addition, I finished 5th overall in the 85 (7-11) class at the MMRS National Championship.   With CMRC, I raced in the 85 (7-11) and Supermini classes at the Parts Canada TransCan GNC.
