After complete the payment if you don’t receive the product from seller then you claim a dispute till 180 days. And after your claim you will get the money within 15 days. But if you want to open a dispute against your seller then you must have submitted proof of your purchase. Otherwise, PayPal not able to refund your money. If you can’t submit proof of your purchase, the case will be won by your seller.
