Personal History

Having grown up riding dirt bikes since I was 4 years old, I never actually began racing until I was 12.  I was an unlikely motocrosser, as I was always a timid person, who enjoyed the feeling of finding "the flow" on the track, rather than the adrenaline rush.  I enjoyed the sport and all of the experiences and people I met through it, and over time climbed my way into the pro class while attending college.  While a full time college student, I earned my AMA pro motocross license, made an AMA Arenacross main event, and earned a bachelor's degree in marketing.  For three years I promoted and organized what quickly became the biggest motocross series in Arkansas.  I stepped away from that as my co-promoters decided to walk away from the sport.  Unfortunately motocross had died out in my home state of Arkansas, pushing me into trying harescrambles.  In early 2016 I had the opportunity to move to Dallas, Texas for work, and have been thrilled to have access to a plethora of tracks any day of the week and am excited to return to racing.
