Personal History
My name is Layton Knight, born and raised in Otaki, NewZealand but have been living in Newman Western Australia for 3 years. Have always loved dirt bikes since the day I could walk, my cousins have raced for a very long time and I was always facinated with motocros but my parents could never afford to buy me a dirt bike so never got the chance to start racing from a early age :( , brought my first bike 2 years ago and have owend 5 so far haha..never rode my bike on a mx track only out on the trails, until this year I decided I was gonna start rcaing! and havent looked back ever since..got my yamaha yz250f at the start of the year with 18hours on it and have so far put 105 hours onit racing and training on the track and I am also going to RaceSoCal in California next year for a month to ride and train with my mates..started the year a novice but I now think I am at intermediate level...would love sponsorship just because motocross is a very expensive sport and i am the only one that pays for it all!..I dont have a very stable job so buying tyres and oil is very difficult at times let alone having to buy gear and everything else that goes with motocross..would love and appreciate help from any companys that are keen to help me out!!

Competitive Highlights
started of the year getting last and 2nd-last places in all my races and struggling to ride with getting extreme arm pump and having weak finess levels, now Im getting top 5 every race..dont get arm pump any more and my fitness level are alot better within the space of 3 months!!! :D..training hard is the only way for success!
