Personal History
Im Laura Carter, born and raised just out of Cristchurch on a large farm. I have always had a thing for fast things. I love speed and was always intreged by people that pushed the bounderies both in sport and life. First time i rode a two wheeler, i was about ten. I was staying at a friends place. i loved it. I knew instantly that was what i wanted to do for the rest of my life.
Life for me hasnt been smooth, i delt with some pretty intence depresion for about 3 years and that ended in an un-sucsessfull suicide atempt. I had heaps of help after that and a year on im so much better. i have realised how inportant life is and i just want to make the most of it.
I lhad a Honda CRF250X but recently sold it and brought a KTM SXF250. i want to race. i love the energy and power of the sport but i need some support to get me going.
Riding Goals
I really want to make a name for myself in the sport. I have only done one race and i came thrid. I was pretty stoaked but i want to go further. I want to make new zealand know who i am. I belive i have the will power and mental stubility to compet in the race to the top and i belive that i can do it.
