Personal History
I was born April 2, 2007 in Baton Rouge, Louisiana. I am the third of four boys in my family. My father is the shop manager for a fabrication shop and my mother is a consultant and homeschools me and my brother. I am from a small town called Pine Grove, Louisiana and grew up doing anything and everything country. I like to fish, hunt, play ball and even took Ju Jitsu for a while, but none of those were my passion. I have ridden dirt bikes off and on all my life (that I can remember), but just around the house for fun. When I was 14, I decided I wanted to race, and my motocross journey began. My first day on an actual track was January 2022 on a 250cc. I attended a few training opportunities that were available in my area, watched every video I could find, and started racing. My first race was in April 2022. I improved every race and ended up winning the 250 Beginner class that series. The following series I advanced to 250 C. While the competition was much steeper, I put in the work and finished the series in first place. To say that I eat, sleep and breathe motocross would be an understatement. I love all things motocross: practicing, training, racing, learning new techniques, trying cool tricks, and teaching the younger generations.
Riding Goals
I was taught if you are going to do something, give it 100% and do it to the glory of God. Therefore, when I decide to do something I give it my all and stick with it until I master the skill. Motocross is no exception. I want to be known as one of the best. Within my first year of racing, I was in the top of my classes locally here in Louisiana. This year I have made plans to race in surrounding areas throughout the year to improve my skills and challenge myself as a rider. My short term goal is to place in the top 10 of my class in the Thor Mini O’s amateur motocross and supercross event in Florida in November 2023. In 2024, I feel like I will be prepared enough to complete my second goal which is competing and placing at the Mx Sports Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s. From there, I plan to continue earning AMA points to obtain my Pro Card and begin my journey as a professional motocross rider.
