Personal History
Hi My name is Lachlan Metcalf, people call me Locky, I live in GOL GOL NSW Australia with my Mum, Dad and little brother Blake.
We have a Red Heeler Dog called Cruizer, who we take out to the farm when Im practicing on my motorbike. Every night after school me and Cruizer head down the river for a run and throw the ball.
I go to the Gol Gol Public School and I am in year 4.
Twice a week I go to Karate in which I am currently holding my Yellow Belt. I also have 1 hour of swimming every week to help with my fitness.
Riding Goals
I ride my motorbike because I honestly love it! If Mum would let me, I would have it in my bedroom!
This year my Mum and Dad have put down to experience, it is our first year racing competitively around 2 states, Victoria and South Australia, and so far we have the best time and meet so many new Motorbike families.
Next year we will be doing the same rounds and more than likely every year after that. We are hooked as a family, and love every minute of it.
Im sure my little brother Blake will not be far behind.
Competitive Highlights
We rode our first Victorian Junior Titles and after the 4 rounds, I came out sitting in 14th position.
The 4th round of the Victorian Titles was held in my hometown in which our Local Paper came and took our photos and wrote an article.
We still have 1 round to go of the South Australian Junior Titles and after the 2nd round Im currently sitting in 5th spot!
I rode in the 2016 Hattah Enduro and won my class too! After Hattah I found an article on the Australasian Dirt Bike Website which named me KING of the Junior Class!
Every weekend we have local racing options that we can choose from, North West Motorcycle Club, Swan Hill, Balranald, Renmark, Robinvale.
