Personal History
I started riding at the age of 12. It was mostly recreational until I discovered two strokes. Once I began racing I progressed quickly. I found myself winning a lot. However, the Lord had a different path He needed me to take. After some time off to tend to life I am so thankfull to now be back on the bike. At the track, it's so much more than just riding with buddies. It's an opportunity to minister and witness about Jesus. I get to grow not only as an rider, but also as a believer. I want motocross to be more than just a hobby. I want to serve God and be his light at the motocross track.
Riding Goals
I would like to continue to progress, and Lord willing build up to be an A rider. Being a local/regional pro would be very satisfying, and I believe that I can do it (Lord willing)... one thing I would like to do is focus on competing for a championship. As a kid I never competed for a whole series, just a race here and there, so I plan to attend some local series, maybe even arenacross.
Competitive Highlights
My first race back since my break was the spring valley spooktacular in Clyde Tx. I wasn't sure how I would do but had been mildly training, but mostly riding often. My results were awesome (in my opinion), and I look forward to competing more often. There were some really fast guys there (vet champions) that I was competing with, and being competitive in that environment was a boost in confidence. Especially on a track I had never ridden.
